Le Pavé de Stoumont

Le Pavé de Stoumont is a soft cheese made from raw cow’s milk, with a washed rind.

It is square in shape, measuring 10 cm on each side and weighing approximately 450 g.

Its distinctive flavour is reminiscent of a mild Herve cheese. Its orange-coloured rind gives it a pleasant, subtle bitterness.

This cheese is full of character while remaining wonderfully mild. It is rich in flavour and aromas.
