Le Chevronais

Le Chevronais is a soft goat’s milk cheese with a bloomy rind. It is square in shape, measuring 10 cm on each side, and weighs approximately 250 g.

After 2 to 3 weeks of ageing, its slightly chalky centre becomes creamier and more melt-in-the-mouth.

Its flavour becomes more pronounced as it matures. It is a delightful cheese, rich in aromas. Its flavour is mild, yet has a certain depth and strength.

On the palate, you first discover mushroom notes, followed by distinctive goat’s milk aromas.
